Laura was wonderful at helping us plan our Disney Trip to celebrate our adoption. She created the package exactly how we wanted it. She was up early getting our fast passes done. Laura was AMAZING! She was super knowledgeable, gave us helpful tips and suggestions. Not only was she extremely friendly, but she even gave my daughter a gift for the trip. Once we got to Disney we had a mishap and missed a time for our fastpasses, I was able to get in touch with her easily and she helped us figure out what to do. Deciding to go to Disney World as a family of four during a pandemic was easily one of the most stressful decisions I’ve ever made. Thankfully, when reaching out to Tammy was the best decision to make with/without a pandemic. She easily arranged our days, purchased our park ticket and day passes, advised us on the new changes and safety features, and answered any questions I had prior to our trip. She was also available during the trip to help arrange some last minute issues we were having with two worn-out, tired little divas. She made our whole trip easy enough that I could enjoy it without stressing with the small details. I’m looking forward to having Lauren book all my family’s Disney trips for the years to come.

She keeps me up to date with all the important news that pertains to me trip. She is amazing at communication. She never takes long to reply. If not right away then usually 15-30 minutes later which is super impressive to me!
She has sent a copy of every invoice from every payment which is great because I love seeing how much I owed and how much I
paid and when. I learned I’m an extremely needy client.
Random things pop into my head and Carrie is on it faster then Lightning McQueen getting it done for me. She is super knowledgeable too. She knows so much and when she doesn’t know she looks it up for me. She also sends me links for things for me to refer back to which have been a life saver.

Our travel agent, Greg Galasyn, has been very easy to work with. Due to his extensive travel history, he is knowledgeable in all things Disney, Universal, and in the cruise world. His suggestions while keeping in mind our price points and budget have always been great.
Perhaps his best attribute has been Greg’s responsiveness and willingness to respond to emails and texts both after hours and on weekends. In my opinion, this is especially important in the cruise industry, where pricing can change frequently. Furthermore, his integrity has been second to none.
I feel very comfortable with Greg handling our travel needs, and will continue using him for all our traveling needs.
